Program will proceed at ISU Idaho Falls Campus, Bennion Student Union 1784 Science Center Drive. Lunch will begin at Noon and the program will begin at 12:30. Mr. Blackford will speak until 1pm when there will be a moderated Q&A until 1:30. Everyone is welcome to attend. City Club members Lunch is $20, Non-Members $25 RSVP required by Feb 13th.
